Bayern Munich won their 24th Bundesliga title last night following a 3-1 win at Hertha Berlin.

The Bavarian giants have been near unstoppable under Pep Guardiola this season and clinch the title with a massive seven games to spare.

Toni Kroos scored the opener after just six minutes, before Mario Gotza made it 2-0 with a clever header.

Adrian Ramos netted a penalty for Hertha after a foul by Rafinha, but Bayern made sure of the win – and title when Franck Ribery scored late on.
