Harrysong won’t be able to play ‘Reggae Blues’ or pop expensive champagne this time.
The singer and his manager, Desmond Ike were arrested for a second time in five days yesterday, January 31 and they are still in police custody.
This time, they were arrested for impersonation, fraud, and forgery of Five Star Music owner, E-Money’s signature to get money from an agency.
Our insider at the Zone 2 Police Command in Onikan, Lagos confirmed to us that Harrysong and his manager are presently begging for bail at the station.
It’s the same station singer Skales and his manager Osagie were detained during his legal battle with record label, Baseline over breach of contract last year.
Daddy Showkey and Kcee have been at the station today to plead for Harry’s release. And they will be proceeding to E-Money’s house to settle out of court.
It’s the second time Harrysong would be arrested in five days.
On Friday, January 27, the singer celebrated his release from police custody popping over N300,000 worth of Ace of Spades.
Then Five Star Music cited claims of fraud and breach of contract, and also warned the general public to desist from doing business with the new management of their estranged artiste.
There are now fears that Harrysong may end up in the hands of EFCC or SCID for the fresh case of forgery and impersonation.
