Man shares story of how his dad asked his mom to fry plantain when her father just died

A man has put the internet on a standstill as he tells the story of how his dad told his mom to fry him plantain the day his grandfather died.

He shared it to his account on the microblogging platform, X, @OffUchay.

His grandfather the father of his mother passed and on hearing the news, the mom was devastated since she was close to her dad.

Her husband came back from work later that day and asked her if she heard the news earlier, and without consoling her he told her to fry him plantain.

The son wrote;
“The day my Grandpa died, my mum was disheartened about the loss of her father, my dad came back from work, asked her if she heard the news early and asked her to go fry plantain for him.”

The young man further clarified that he had to be the one to fry the plantains as his mother was mourning.

Many Netizens have frowned upon the behavior of his dad towards his mourning mum.
