Whenever we want to lose weight, the first thing people suggest is exercise so we jog, run, walk, and sleep on a treadmill, yet we don’t lose a single kilo! It can be so annoying and discouraging!

The reason for this is that exercise constitutes only 20% of weight loss, and ultimately improves fitness and muscle mass, rather than your chances of weight loss. But to lose weight through exercise, you may have to jog till you slump! And this is not advicable
