Ronaldo at 38 dazzles in 40-yard stunner for Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo made history for Al Nassr as he scored a dazzling 40-yard lob, to become the highest first-division scorer of all time.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s second season in the Saudi Pro League has been nothing short of sensational.

Al Nassr secured their 14th Saudi Pro League victory with a 3-0 win over Al Akhdoud. Ronaldo’s initial control and strike doubled his sides lead.

However, the climax came in the dying moments as he executed a remarkable lob from around 40 yards, leaving the goalkeeper helpless.

The 38-year-old football star has now scored 18 goals in 17 match appearances for Al Nassr this season.

He has also scooped a total of 527 goals across first division competitions, across all major Leagues he has played.

In 2023 alone, he has the same goal contribution tally, 48, with the likes of Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and Bayern Munich’s forward Harry Kane.

Ronaldo’s impact on Al Nassr has been nothing but impressive, scoring 32 goals in just 37 matches within 11 months in Saudi Arabia.
